という質問をアメリカ人の友達に聞いてみた。
とても勉強になる回答が戻ってきたので、皆様とシェアー
Different languages have different grammars, sound systems, and "personalities" and the mix of the three that make a language either easy or hard for someone to learn.
If your friend is good taking a lot of details then they might like German, Russian or French as those have lots of hard grammar things to remember.
Sound wise Spanish is said to be quite close to Japanese. Grammar wise Korean is close and the sounds are fairly close.
Italian is fairly easy to remember since it is quite animated and emotional but of course if your friend is reserved or shy it could be a little overwhelming, and not fit her (his) natural style.
In the end the most important thing is that the person find studying the language enjoyable, so if there is something that they really like about the language, the sound, the complexity, the linguistic "personality" or the culture behind the language, that is more important than just how easy or hard it is considered in general. If you don't have a hook to keep you going, there isn't any reason to start even an "easy" language.
一応日本語に訳してみた。参考程度にどうぞー
言語にはそれぞれ「文法」、「音調（母音/子音/アクセント/イントネーション等）」、「特質」が違うので、
この三つの組み合わせでその言葉がその人にとって覚えやすい/覚えにくい言葉になるのかが決まる。
細かいことが得意な人だったら、大量に覚える必要のある難しい文法を持つ
ドイツ語、ロシア語、フランス語が好きかもしれない。
スペイン語は発音の面で日本語に近いと言われている。
韓国語は文法の面で日本語に近い。音もまあまあ近い。
イタリア語は生き生きとした、感情の入りやすさから、わりと覚えやすい言語だが、内気で人見知りするような人にとっては性に合わなくて TOO MUCH なのかもしれない。
最後に： もっとも重要なのは言葉を勉強する楽しさを感じること。
その言語に対して何か特別に気に入ったものがあれば、発音、複雑さ、言語的な特徴、その言語の背後にある文化など、いずれも一般的に考えられている、覚えやすい、覚えにくい、よりも重要。
「もっと勉強したい」という気持ちを引き出してくれる”フック”がなければ、
どんなに覚えやすい言語でもそもそも勉強し始める意味がない。
言葉を勉強するのは楽しいね！
